Room was clean. There were 3 of us staying and Canalta had the great option of 3 double beds. Most places have 2 double and a sofa bed or cot. That in itself was impressive to us Front desk staf both check in and check out were courteous and efficient. Bonus: breakfast in the morning was great. I absolutely would recommend this hotel to others that need to stay in High River.

This hotel is amazing. All the little details are appreciated. The pool towels are soft, the rooms are clean and the staff make you feel very welcome. My only complaint was the hockey team that was visiting and the lack of parental control. You could hear the the kids running the hallways, knocking on doors, being super loud on the stairs ( i was 3 rooms away and i could hear them stomping) I wish the staff had intervened earlier, or better yet the parents taught their kids respect.....
