Dirty linen, I'll politely call it human chocolate on bed covers, management moved us to another room (more on that later), I thought surely what we just experienced must be a one off.....well I checked the bed in the new room, no human chocolate but a nice curly pubic hair. "We were only at the property for the night but they facilities were amazing, access to an onsen on site, complimentary drinks and pillow selection at the reception were fantastic. We were travelling with a 2yr old and we were able to fit in the one bed too. Staff were so accomodating and lovely to us with our limited Japanese. "
