I made a mistake in checking out date, but the staff member arranged the replacement hotel etc. When I offered a tip to him, he said it is a pure duty of the hotel member and didn't accept the tip, which impressed me very much.
The bistro together with the pub is cozy.
Although this is not in the center of Wollongong, still conveniently located and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in...
「Loved the style and homely modern feel of the apartment. Had everything we needed. Quiet building with no noise from neighbours. Was an issue with the code access but KULA communicated very well and fixed the issue. 」
「Had a cabin on the water perfect spot, could watch my son fish from my balcony. Staff very friendly and welcoming, cabin was clean, only thing i would recommend is a gate on the ramp to keep the little ones in. Had a lovely time」
