The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. "Although the location and price are slightly tempting, do not stay here. We stayed in a triple room and there were many problems: -> Room had no hot water -> Washroom was covered in black mold -> Washroom was not cleaned before our arrival -> Washing machine was broken -> Fridge empty but not cleaned and had a pile of mold -> "Breakfast" is a bag of bread and another bag of jam although it wasn't restocked and was only there for one of the days. No refund was given although they did offer us...

"The hotel was located only a few mins’ walk from City Hall metro station and near several good restaurants. It surpassed our expectations and the room was quite large, however it was let down by lack of storage. No wardrobe and only a few drawers for a family meant we had to leave clothes in the suitcase or on the sofa. The free buffet breakfast was nice, although not that varied, however all the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The property is central and very convenient to visit Myeongdong and other shopping places nearby. Taxi rides into.main attractions and not very expensive. Property is very well maintained and the suites are big enough for a family of 4. The washing machine, dryer and clothes freshener machine were great and very handy for longer trips. Breakfast was a good spread so enjoyed it. There is a refrigerator and a freezer and enough storage space. Great stay overall."

"So glad (no pun intended) I stayed at this hotel for my first trip to Seoul. The hotel was very well designed, spotless, and super convenient since it’s on top of a very well connected subway hub. You can get almost anywhere and 20 minutes. Also, there are great restaurants in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. Highly recommended!"

"I had a fantastic three night stay at this property. The executive level room was perfect - the breakfast buffet came in so handy and the food was absolutely delicious. Happy hour in the executive lounge was also so wonderful to have when I didn't have the energy to go outside and explore - and the views of the city were incredible. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool and pool deck time, although was disappointed that it wasn't integrated with the rooftop bar. They are also very strict about the time limits on the pool The gym was well appointed and I made use of it several times - excellent selection of weights and cardio machines. The room itself was incredible - blackout blinds and perfectly silent rooms made sleeping easy. The giant bathtub was such a wonderful perk and I used it as much as I could. Only a 10 minute taxi to Seoul Station and well situated to access transit routes as well. Would definitely stay here again."
