"Onsen is located on a river and surrounded by nature. Very picturesque. The food served was excellent, traditional cuisine, lots of variety, and plentiful. I appreciated the free shuttle service from the train station to the onsen, this needs to be arranged beforehand through the expedia booking platform. The room was clean. Facilities could benefit from upgrades. "

"The toilets. As tourists from America were not used to the toilets and we found that to be pretty fascinating even though it's common for you guys throughout Japan. We appreciate it.
