"We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus...

"結婚記念日で犬と泊まりに行きました(犬は車の中でゆったり) 裏山の吊り橋に原っぱがあってそこで思いっきり犬を走らせて素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。 広々としていて夫婦ともども楽しませていただきました。温泉街も近いので(車で40分位) 2日かけてゆっくり回ることができましたので観光にもぴったりです。特に榛名湖榛名山はとても素晴らしかったです。良い思い出ができました。"

"Beautiful scenic outdoor bath, comfortable beds, and good meals. Change rooms were clean, but very run down. Non-smoking room still smelled like smoke, which seems to be normal for big old ryokans. If you really want to avoid smoke, stay in a newer place. Staff was very helpful and friendly."

"Photos look good so I booked this hotel. When I stayed there, the room was big but old and not clean. Its more like a big hostel than a hotel. And it is quite remote and not close to the sightseeing area of Karuizawa"

"This hotel uses old photos in their listing. Onsen area is VERY dirty and OLD. Also some of the photos are of other hotels the same companies owns. BEWARE. Breakfast is LOW LOW quality. None of the staff seem to care. We canceled out 2nd night stay. "
