Room was clean and had many items for use. Kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, refrigerator and washer and dryer. The pillows were hard but I think that is normal in Japan. Nice shower and accommodations were close by. Loved staying here and easy check in and check out process

Every Room was spotless, beautiful overall and would definitely stay again. Not a complaint more so a suggestion. If they provided coffee to make this would have made the stay literally perfect. But do it if you're hesitant on booking , i say give it a try! Also the price difference on here is due to the room not having karaoke just fyi.

Only one pillow on each bed. Had to go to front desk and pay additional yen for one more pillowcase and pillow. Desk clerk kept asking “why” I needed extra pillow.

Rooms could use an update. Attended a wedding and wanted to check in a little early but not offered and asked to return after 3:00. Around 2:30 asked for a changing area and the staff checked on room status and let us in a little early. It would have been better if the first person we spoke with ...
