This newly renovated and thoughtfully furnished townhome is perfect for small families or couples. Take advantage of a variety of community amenities, including two outdoor pools, pickleball and tennis courts, clubhouse and playground. Admire the stunning, photo-worthy sunsets from the 400 ft. soundside pier with gazebo. Guests will have direct access to the sound with a secluded beach area and a boat ramp for launching small vessels and water toys. Kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, fishing - the possibilities are endless for a fun-filled day on the water. When it's time to hit the beach, two nearby public accesses are just a short drive away and provide free parking. The central location in Nags Head means you'll be minutes from a variety of shopping and dining options, as well as attractions including Jockey's Ridge State Park, Nags Head Fishing Pier, and Dowdy Park.

Can’t stay an entire week? The Mermaid Lounge is available for short stays with flexible arrival/departure options. For guests who like to plan ahead, partial week stays (three-night minimum) can be reserved months in advance. Choose any day of the week for check-in and check-out.
