Just a few steps to this quiet part of the beach in South Nags Head. Come enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean from this 4 bedroom, 4 bath home! The rooftop deck provides panoramic views while the covered deck below provide relief from the sun while still watching the waves roll in. There are two primary suites with attached baths and two other bedrooms with their won dedicated bathrooms accessed by the hallways. Enjoy your coffee with the sunrise from the covered porch and sunsets from the huge rooftop deck with your family. Under the home, enjoy the hot tub along with lots of fun hammock chairs. Steps to the ocean for family fun!

My experience with both VRBO and the owner were horrible. The communication with VRBO starts and I received a price then it went to the owner and the price changed and they eliminated my one key cash. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, mold I’m bathrooms and the rooftop deck is a trip hazard. The property is a piecemeal of sections of the old house put together. Nothing like the quality for all of the houses in that area on the beach. Especially for the price. We even left early because it was so terrible.

We stayed 12 nights at the Surfin C Gull. Upon arrival, the Front Door Lock and Entry Code worked perfectly... a first for us. We looked around and found the house was very clean and the appliances were new. The king bed mattresses were very firm... a little too much for me, but good for my wife. The big screen Sharp/Roku TV in the living room worked well; we were able to cast our DirecTV app's output to it without problem. We found we were short of bath towels; I texted our host Leslie and she responded right away. The upper deck was great for sunning ourselves and enjoying the fantastic ocean views. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, mere yards from the beach. PROs: very clean, new appliances, firm mattresses, great location, great ocean views, communications with Leslie were easy with quick responses! CONs: rooms are a little smaller than they appear in the photos, laundry area can only be reached by going outside and down the stairs. All-in-all an awesome experience at the beach!

Simply… disappointing… mold all over one of the bathrooms… gross flooring… significantly deteriorating exterior… and for the price point we paid… not even close to worth it… I should have researched better and stayed somewhere else!
And this family room couch really smelled like urine or something just gross

The location was great. Close to everything Nags Head has to offer but also to Cape Hatteras National Seashore.The views were outstanding. House was as advertised.The picture is from the rooftop deck! We cooked a lot and kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful time.

Location was good. property was below average for our stays at like areas, for the last four years. minimal cleaning. black mold on walls on arrival and hvac supplies filled with black mold. Furniture very worn with at least 20 2 inch rips in fabric. we were both sick for at least a week after staying here. for nearly 8 hundred dollars a night and us owning 28 rentals this owner needs to do better.YES I COULD TELL THE MANIGER AND GET SOME RESULUTION HOWEVER PRACTICE HOSPITALITY AND TREAT YOUR GUEST AS YOU WOULD WISH TO BE TREATED INSTEAD OF THE PAYOFF FOR THE PEOPLE THAT COMPLAIN.

Nice location with great water views and beach access right out your door. The weather wasn’t ideal during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy all the outdoor decks and hot tub, but that didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect escape from reality

This house has everything you need to enjoy the beach without the hassle of the beach. You can sit on the porch and breath in the ocean, or you can walk over the dune and be on the beach. There is an outdoor shower and 2 hoses so you can rinse off before either getting in the hot tub or going into the house. The house is spacious, has all you need to not have to eat out every meal. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this house and making memories. Highly recommend.

Worth it

The best view of the beach and night stars from the top deck, right outside the bedroom. Watch the sunrise from your bed. Quiet, clean, pretty, spacious. Lots of balconies and porches, private gathering area under house with hot tub and swings. Kitchen .

Great stay with wife, parents, sister and infant son

One of our greater trips, the convenience of just being on the beach is fantastic. Great location, far enough that beach location was not crowded at all late June, but also 10 min away from great grocery shops, bars, activities. House is great, clean, well stocked with everything you need for the beach and having fun in general. If we could have stayed another week we would have done so without any hesitation.

OBX beach home

This property is located on the beach and you can't beat the ocean views. The home is clean, roomy and close to restaurants, shopping and many great places to get close to nature. Communications with the property management was immediate and helpful.

This house is the quintessential beach house! Very clean, bedroom, all the amenities we need for my kids, spouse, and my parents. We had such a great stay and the beds are so comfortable. Our host answered our questions right away and made us feel welcome! We will be back!

Trip of a lifetime

Saw this property online and knew it was the one for my family and I on our week long vacation to Nags Head. This property has absolutely everything you could want or need. The kitchen is furnished with all things to make or bake anything. Right on the beach and a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. I would love to go back again sometime.
