「Alles hat bestens geklappt. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gering aber ok. Zimmer sauber, Klimaanlage nur mobil und sehr laut - in der Nacht mussten wir sie ausmachen was im Hochsommer sicher sehr heiß geworden wäre, Parkplätze gibt es nicht wie beschrieben auf dem Gelände. Entweder man hat Glück und bekommt einen kostenfreien Parkplatz auf der Straße oder man muss ins Parkhaus. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns ins Autosilo geschickt und uns ein Ermäßigungsticket verkauft so dass 24std. nur 13 statt der...

「Extremely well kept hotel, very tidy, super attentive and accomodating staff. Food allergies we're taken care of by providing a small separate selection during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of food, even during a brief period in which we we're the only guests. All in all one of our best hotel experiences during all of our journeys!」

「No geral foi uma excelente noite. O quarta era bem localizado, limpo e confortável. Minha alergia atacou, mas o quarto estava bem limpo. Fiquei um pouco insegura de receber as instruções de acesso ao spto somente na tarde do dia anterior pois tinha acesso restrito a internet. Mas qdo recebi a pessoa mandou vídeos e audios explicando tudo de forma muito detalhada. Deu tudo certo. 」

「We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. 」

「We had a wonderful 3-night stay in this beautiful old building in mid August. Quirky, comfortable, tasteful and spotlessly clean. Lovely and very helpful hostess. Large room, comfortable beds and quality bedding. Hope to return next year and enjoy more of beautiful Trento and the gorgeous Brenner Alps.
