「beautiful grounds」

「Overall stay was good, they don’t provide room service. House keeping of rooms were not done. The supervisor deployed for room related activities is too arrogant. The property owner or manager is least bothered about visitor. He didn’t turned up after the day one of taking payment.」

「We booked the premium room with a balcony upstairs. This is a relatively new property with excellent ground. A bit far from the temple but very clean and convenient. The balcony is expansive and has beautiful vast views. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious. Staff was courteous. We had some issues with room keys but the staff helped us out. Two suggestions for the property owners; Please install railing for the stairs and please expand swimming...

「During check in there was an issue with amenities covered and Dinesh ( manager) made it as my problem. I had to prove him that breakfast was included. No apologies. After much discussion he agreed to add meal services. Well do not trust him. He lied and charged me Rs 6000 additional. I expect this to be refunded to me. When I questioned him he made me feel like a bagger. Worst experience ever. Get everything in writing. Dining staff were nice. Reception was horrible because of untrustworthy...

「The property was supposed to be brand new but the room was dirty and already showing signs of wear and tear. Cleanliness might be acceptable for Indian people but for a foreigner used to Canadian hotel standards I would say avoid. There was supposed to be a restaurant on site but property never reached out to inform us it would be close during our stay. 」
