「The staff were amazing and very helpful, but the property itself is quite old and needs better maintenance. The bathroom doors could not be locked, which was inconvenient.
Another major issue was the hot water. We had to waste nearly 15 buckets of water before getting heated water, which is unacceptable.
They also mentioned that complimentary breakfast was included, but the food was brought from outside and the portion was very limited—just 2 idlis and 1 dosa.
