"立地、客室、サービス、全て完璧でした。 初めてカトマンズを訪れましたが、このホテルに滞在出来てよかったです。 ベッドルーム、バスルームは完璧に清掃されており清潔でした。 シャワーの温度も水圧も問題ありません。 朝食はオーダー形式で選択肢は多いです。飲み物も種類豊富。 事前にホテル周辺の観光スポットやレストランの情報が届き、とても参考になりました。 私がチェックインした部屋の鍵に問題が発生しましたが、スタッフが直ぐに確認し、別の部屋への移動を提案してくれました。 最高の対応です。 次にカトマンズを訪れる時は必ず利用します。"

"The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. We could see beautiful cloud and mountains from the room. The meals are, too. Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything was delicious and fresh. My young daughter loved them. More than anything, the staff was great. So friendly kind, polite and supportive. It made our stay perfect. "
