Very friendly staff. They accommodated all our needs. Thank you for the great stay!

staff was really friendly

Breakfast and dinner are great. Hospitality is excellent.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Special experience - close to nature and yet very modern facilities and impressive architecture. Would recommend coming in the snowy season

Always love coming here during the winter time for the slopes

Very spacious and clean though relatively not a modern property. Ample amenities and kitchenware. Ideal for a large group and it’s very close to the resorts.

Traditional Japanese style hotel with wonderful local staff

Staff is super helpful. The hotel is not fancy or modern but it all works great for a ski trip. Shuttles to and from the train station and the slopes, rental shop for clothes and skis on site. Plus a great onsen as well. The breakfast was really good. While there is no onsite restaurant for dinner, there is a really good and super affordable restaurant less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Clean room, friendly staff, and great service. The pleasant stay here added to the experience of my snowboarding trip in a positive way

The property had a great breakfast.
