"We had a great family experience staying at this hotel. We stayed in 6002 and it had the kitchenette with the required utensils. Only the microwave was on the main floor. It was very clean and very close to the train station, bus stop, grocery and the restaurant."

"Laundry room, ironing room, small bar with plenty of space. Rooms are decent small like cruise cabin! However nicely run. Breakfast has decent variety and everything was efficient."

"Whilst the general asthetics of the building were very nice, the shower in the room was not working due to poor maintenance. This was reported on the first day and we were assured it would be fixed by the time we got back to the hotel from sightseeting. This was not the case and again we reported it only to be told that there was no engineer on site and so it would not be fixed before the next day. For a 3 day stay this was simply not acceptable. The room was also not cleaned despite being requested each morning. "
