Friendly staff. Very roomy place. Breakfast was not expected but nice

Avon Hotel was well situated for our needs - near to multiple convenience stores and coffee shops, and transportation by bus or taxi was very easy. The staff were always smiling and helpful.

Very convenient to hiking and ride a cable car.

Clean room and staffs are so kind.

Limited dining options within walking distance. Have to take the trash out at the checkout to avoid penalties. Condo has cooking utensils but need to clean afterwards to avoid penalties. Couch cushion has seen the better days. Futon is Korean style and had no cushion. Blanket is too thick for summer. Check in available at the hotel counter across street.
