"We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to Nazaré. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink. "The room was clean and the location was amazing—right in the heart of all the life in Nazare! Great water pressure, nice beds, AC was also nice to have!! The balcony was a great spot to enjoy a drink and watch the crowd go by! The breakfast was a nice addition as well!"

"Très beau séjour. Personnel accueillant. Hébergement bien situé à l'intérieur des remparts; c'est magique! Stationnement gratuit à l’extérieur de la ville fortifiée à environ 5 min à pied. Petites attentions lors de notre arrivée (breuvage, noix et message personnalisé). Chambre d’hôtel avec vue sur le rempart. Le restaurant de l'hôtel ( Letra) est très bien. Bon petit-déjeuner. Il s'agit d'une excellente option pour un arrêt à Óbidos."

"Great service, beautiful view of the room, excellent breakfast and location. The restaurant where you have breakfast has a gorgeous view as well, right on the beach. They have a spa, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool with salt water, the space is limited on the indoor spa area. Free parking, but might be limited if a lot of people are at the beach, since you share with another hotel and beach goers. But there is other free parking nearby. The rooms are clean and updated, lots of nature and beach elements, the balcony with the ocean view is stunning, the only thing is no ac, only this small portable one. Free filtered water in the room! I would definitively recommend staying here, it’s such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Service is 5 stars! "

"Our air conditioning in our room did not work. We are younger so this didn’t really bother us as we kept the door to our balcony open at night. Though the room during the day was sweltering at around 80°F. Otherwise, a splendid view of the Atlantic and an excellent dining experience for both breakfast and dinner. Poolside with a couple of Apple Mules was a highlight as there is a cabana bar by the pool which also serves ice cream! Away from the city means an Uber, but they were around 5-7€ — cheaper than bigger cities."
