Please properly train the young security guard who have recently been stationed near the road. He speak to guests in an overly familiar manner, asking to borrow money, and even asking to buy them drinks when told someone is going to a convenience store. Why are there such security guards at a 5-star hotel? Has there been a recent change in the hotel management team?
