The room was the most poorly equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Very few kitchen utensils, tiny skillets, tiny coffee pot. No food storage bags or covered containers. Rusty freezer. The outside facilities were nice, clean pool and hot tub, nice gas grills. Not enough umbrellas for shade. Stayed in E3, below street level. Would not recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. Pool area nice. Walked to the oceanfront where there were plenty of restaurants and bars but no nearby beach that we could find.

Fully equipped property, everything worked, quiet despite near-downtown location, pleasant landscaping.

We had a 3 bedroom, TV and bathroom in each. It was two levels. Fully stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots/pans), washer/dryer, safe, 2 balconies in ours, and a pull-out sofa. It was clean. Chairs and couch were a little old and stiff, but everything you need! They even supply coffee, laundry and dishwasher soap. There is no housekeeping unless you have an issue, but that was just fine for us. They also supply pool towels. There is a pool, hot tub, exercise room, and game area with bags, huge chess pieces, billiards, and foosball. Grocery store (KTA), cofree shop, and a few restaurants within 2 mins of property. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Our room on the street side neededsound proofing! The shutters don’t keep out the road noise and it was very noisy early and late. Difficult to sleep. Otherwise it was clean and had a great view.
