Buyer Beware!

They cancelled my 3rd floor ocean view and offered my 11th floor parking lot view one day before arrival. VRBO tells me several times that I can’t get my VRBO fee back until the property cancels the reservation - I explained that I have already received my money from the property AND I uploaded the message and a screen shot with proof. In some situations it might be better to go direct to the property than going thru VRBO. No one wants to beg for their money back. Maybe some retribution from VRBO?
