  • Pegasus Rest will be your “go to” vacation home for years to come! With an ocean front master suite that opens onto the deck, a second ocean front bedroom, three full baths and a spacious living area, this home offers comfort and room for 12! All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and are brightly decorated. Easy walkway down to the sand is an extra benefit! Watch and hear the waves from the screened porch on the first level, or perhaps catch sight of dolphins swimming from the upstairs covered deck. Either way, Pegasus Rest will not disappoint! Just south of the Garden City Pier, it's a great location for your family to enjoy all that the area offers.

    Bedrooms: 3 up, 2 down. Baths: 2 up, 1 down. Beds: Up-1 King, 2 Queens; Down-1 Queen, 1 Captains Bunk, 1 Single, 1 Sofabed. Covered porch and sundeck. Walkway to beach. Outside shower. Approximate square footage 2100. No smoking or pets allowed.
