Wedding Anniversary and Birthday DisappointmentOur stay was extremely disappointing, especially as we were celebrating both a wedding anniversary and a birthday. The property exterior was poorly maintained, with trash scattered around, and none of the pools—including the indoor one—were operational. Parking was also a major issue; we were forced to park two blocks away due to the lack of available spaces.The condition of the room was unacceptable. The floors were so dirty that we had to wash our feet every night after walking barefoot inside. The balcony door was nearly impossible to open, and the deck was covered in oil. Windows were filthy to the point that it was difficult to see out, and the curtains were ripped.The furnishings were also in poor condition. The glass tabletop in the room had accumulated grime beneath it, and the mini-fridge freezer was completely frozen over. Although the listing advertised a kitchenette, there were no basic essentials such as forks, coffee, or even minimal supplies provided.Overall, this property fell far short of expectations. I have stayed at places for less money that were far cleaner, more comfortable, and better maintained.

The Door wasnt safe,you could see throught the door hinge and the base door locks weren't working at all. The only part that locked was the ring code lock that had been installed and cut into the door frame. There were only 4 bath towels and 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths,for a 3 night stay. The chairs on the deck were plastic and covered in dirt stains. The fridge didn't stay cold and there weren't any forks or spoons along with plates for eating only a spatula and big spoon when there was no stove for cooking neither was there a washing machine. A old was there microwave. I didn't try using it. There was no place for Ice and a few holes were in the the wall,by the plug unit. The sliding door wasn't in good shape to open.

Do not have info for check in took 2 hours to reach. False advertisement none of the pools were open water park closed . No parking . Parking lots were closed off. Trash all around building. Whole place had areas taped off saying construction but no construction. Place was ghetto and I was over charged for the service. Floors were dirty not enough linen, balcony door took two people to slide it open. I should have been made aware before I checked in that none of the amenities were not offered and all I got was a room.

Nice beachfront condo

I was disappointed that there was not a kitchenette and we had planned to eat breakfasts and lunches and go out for dinners. The refrigerator was to small to fit much of anything. The condo was nice but small. The parking lot was full and we had to take an Uber while going out since you would have hard time finding a parking spot. The lady that owned it was helpful. I was disappointed when we arrive that the room wasn't ready and we had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned.

Completely bogus

We showed up to the address listed and the entire building was unoccupied. Looked as if it had been empty for a while. Upon reaching out to our host, she without saying anything else, gave us another address a few blocks away. Our room had been recently broken into and vaguely repaired. Not oceanfront like advertised. We didnt evem stay and got a hotel down the road. Never again.

Where was the pool and hot tubs?

False advertisement. This whole place is under construction, no pools or hot tubs. About 3 lounge chairs on the ocean patio. Tiny refrigerator smelled really bad. No kitchen sink or silverware. No dishes at all, other than 4 coffee cups. Only microwave and coffeemaker. Balcony door was almost impossible to open so I didn’t dare close it to stay on the patio. Drapes covering sun cubicle were town. Virtually no spaces in the very small parking lot. Parked 3 blocks away one night and in the striped Parking place another night. Owner gave me access to another pool, it was on 60th ave N and I was on 14th ave S. When I called to ask where the pools were, she claimed not to know they were closed. They’ve been closed for 5 years. Then she told ME to change my attitude! When I finally got in the room at 4:30, I have to say it was clean and really big. Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable. Had a great little sun cubicle for morning coffee. Otherwise, I can’t recommend you stay here.

Best part of the room was the sunny corner.

Jacuzzi is great!

Only handicap parking is close to the building and even those spots are limited. We had to park several blocks away. No bathroom tissue and no soap. View from balcony is a side view towards the beach. Overall it was a good visit but due to parking and less than ideal view of the ocean from the balcony, doubtful we will rebook. Jacuzzi was fun and worked perfectly!

Cute Place

Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay. I was very stressed when we first got there because we came an hour after we could check in and I still did not get check in instructions. I messaged the host when we were an hour out and got no response. When we got to the resort I messaged her again and then proceeded to call her and leave her a message and then called her 3 more times. I finally got an answer and got into the room and it was great. The room is definitely older than what the pictures make it look. The door to enter the room was very loose and the only thing holding it closed was the dead bolt. We couldn’t find the light switch for the patio and the patio door was very hard to open. Overall we enjoyed our stayed just not what we were expecting.

Nothing was as Advertised and Scam Alert!!!

Well I was excited I had graduated college and was going to beach for the weekend to celebrate…Finding the place was hard but the host was great at telling us where to go…We went to the room and when we walked in it looked dingy as can be, but we didn’t care we could see the beach from where we were. We walked in and began unpacking and taking before pics of everything…we noticed upon sitting in front of the bed I the chez…there was a hole a bit bigger than a golf ball..(took pix)..Who cares we can see the water..We went out and had a blast playing at the beach shopping and running around town.Got back to the room and got some Jammie’s on..Put on the TV…no smart TV,,,and 5 channels of local TV..Okay we can watch stuff on the iPad..got up to walk to the bathroom and when I got back to the bed I had to wipe my feet as it was sooo dirty..I went and got my sandals from the door so I wouldn’t have to clean my feet every time we got up……we wanted to go swimming so we asked where the pool was.. there is not pool, waterpark nope, spa/sauna? No outdoor furniture…Even with all that I just expressed to the host the issues in private not wanting to hurt their ratings…told her about the hole the dirt the lack of amenities that we paid for but didn’t get…The host thanked me by trying to charge my card and additional 500She accused me of putting the hole in the wall…that her cleaning ppl would see that..I said maybe if they actually cleaned..scam alert!!

Neglected condo

The bed was comfortable. The riom looked like the pictures, but not recent pictures. The whole place needs a deep clean and maintenance issues fixed. Host said to go to front desk for a parking pass, but was told there was no such thing. Parking was a nightmare. Also it was advertised as oceanfront but it was not. Balcony is ocean view but door is very hard to open. There is a building in front of this one so this is not oceanfront. Disappointing. There is no pool. It is closed and appears it has been for a long time. Read all reviews before booking. Pictures are misleading

Beachfront Bliss with a Few Minor Hiccups

Our stay was truly enjoyable, featuring a prime beachfront location and outstanding customer service from Sherry. The room was clean and well-kept, with photos that accurately represented the space. Although the views were somewhat obstructed, they still provided a glimpse of the ocean, and we appreciated having a patio, despite the door being slightly off track. While some pools were closed for renovations, this did not significantly affect our experience, especially with the hotel's beachfront access. The bed was firm, which may align with some preferences, but it wasn't the best fit for us. The WiFi signal in the room was a bit weak, but we easily found a stronger connection in the lobby or nearby venues. The in-room TV offered a limited selection of channels, but with the beach just a short walk away, we spent most of our time relishing the ocean breeze, breathtaking views, and shopping. In summary, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, welcoming staff, and stunning beachfront setting.

Horrible experience

This place was totally misrepresented. There were pools but they were closed. There is only one bed in this room, not two. We were told we could smoke there and then we were evicted because we were smoking on the balcony. Also, we were told don't worry about checking in and paying the $20 a day parking pass but if we had not paid it we had possible towing of our vehicle. I will never stay here again. Horrible experience

Wasn't a seaside splendor

The view was great the bed was comfortable the jacuzzi tub was nice but we had to pay for parking the pool would have been an additional charge no laundry wasnt on premises had trouble locating the hotel and was left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days so had to go buy that
