気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Absolutely our worse experience of any resort in Myrtle Beach. No linen's on bed. Pool wasn't open, water features weren't open. So why did we pay a resort fee? No shower curtain. No TV, direct TV came up, no channels. No phone. No internet. Old and run down room. Damage repair everywhere. I think we were the only ones staying in the resort. Pressure washing exterior, so water was running from floor to floor and into the garage. The resort called us the day we were checking in to advise us that none of the water features would be available. When they knew this ahead of time. I guess they'll rent a room to anyone at any cost. We will never EVER stay at this place again. Absolutely horrible experience.
