Sea Cloisters I provides ocean front and ocean view accommodations in Surfside Beach and is located at 515 N. Ocean Blvd. 304A is a third floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium that sleeps 6 with 1 queen, 2 singles and a sleeper sofa. Your family will love the open living/kitchen/dining and the ease in gathering for creating lasting vacation memories. Outside features include beautifully landscaped grounds and large oceanfront swimming pool. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Sea Cloisters I is located 3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. This three-story oceanfront complex offers ocean view or direct ocean front units. Go for a swim from Easter/April 1 to October 31 in the outdoor oceanfront pool. Take a short walk down to the beach and enjoy some fun in the sun, sand, and surf. There is no elevator at Sea Cloisters I. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Sorry, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, golf carts, and pets are not allowed.

The owners of Sea Cloisters I 304A provide 2 chairs and an umbrella for their guests. These are set up daily by the beach service, and this service is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Sea Cloisters 1 beach stay

The condo was large and comfortable. We had 3 complaints: It was mid-October and there were NO extra blankets or throws ANYWHERE in the unit. Also the cleaning crew had not cleaned the sink in the master bath and it was nasty. I cleaned it myself. Finally, the floors had not been mopped or at least not mopped well.

22 year vacationing in Surfside

We have stayed at this property in a different unit in the past. The complex is very nice overall. 304A was clean . The decor and furniture leave a lot to be desired. They honestly look they came from a garage sale or a second hand store. Outlets in both bathrooms did not work upon arrival. Repairs were made quickly. Refrigerator freezes everything albeit setting was on “recommended “. Bed was comfortable. I would classify this as a budget minded rental however the rental fee does not reflect that.

Perfect Location

Can’t beat the location of this condo, loved that it is a small complex so never had to deal with crowds. Condo was well equipped and the view was beautiful.
