South end unit on 4th floor with fantastic view of the beach from living room and master bedroom. View from private balcony includes beach, Apache Pier to the north and unobstructed view of Myrtle Beach to the south. This end unit includes side windows for a spectacular view of the southern coastline, including Myrtle Beach, from your dining and living areas. Watch the Myrtle Beach Skywheel (seasonal) from your living room!

Condo is equipped with remodeled kitchen and baths, including custom granite countertops. New leather sofa and ELECTRIC leather recliners in living area for evening relaxing after a full fun day on the secluded beach at the end of Shore Drive.

Flat screen tvs in living room and bedrooms; bring your Roku or other streaming device or enjoy HBO and Showtime with our onsite cable package.

Complimentary Netflix on Smart tv's

Complimentary wifi available at all times.

Mobile device charging station conveniently located in living area. Charging receptacles in each bedroom.

Kitchen features stainless appliances with flat top range, microwave, dishwasher and full offering of cookware, utensils and dinnerware.

King bed in master suite, two twin beds in second bedroom. Pillows and blankets included. NEW MATTRESS FOR 2022

Linens and towels included in booking for a fee of $75, $10 additional for foldout couch. Please specify number of beds desired. 3 beds will be provided unless specified otherwise.

Sands Beach Club offers lighted tennis, pickleball and basketball courts; two pools (one indoor and outdoor) plus a kiddie pool; hot tub; exercise room; complimentary gas grills; laundry room on this floor.

Four beach chairs provided in the unit.
Additional chair and umbrella rental available through beachfront service in summer at daily or weekly rates.

Onsite restaurant serving entrees from burgers to steaks. Also onsite pizza carryout restaurant.


Sands Beach Club 414 is family owned and managed. You will communicate with and lease directly from the owner. We make every effort to make your vacation accommodations a wonderful experience and look forward to hearing from you soon to reserve your vacation home.

We have stayed at Sands Beach Club on and off since the 90s and this unit is by far the nicest, cleanest, owner friendly unit that we have rented, hands down. Easy to rent, lots of valuable communication with the owner. Owner was very easy to reach with questions. Unit was as advertised. It’s a corner unit which we prefer which makes it that much better. Unit is well supplied, furnishings are well maintained and comfortable.The resort has completed a lot of repairs and improvements since the last time we were there. They still need to improve a couple of things but it’s obvious that management has and is investing in the resort. Will definitely look for this one when we are looking in the future.

You have a code before you get there for the door (no checking in with anyone). End unit you can see ocean and the sides to the back (beautiful views). Very clean updated unit. Electric recliners a plus beautifully decorated. Everything you need in the kitchen. Being an end unit it’s very quiet. Bathrooms like brand new. Close to all restaurants and shows. Our stay was amazing! The location was superb and the condo was better than our expectations. Thomas was a very communicative host and his informational email before arrival was very helpful and clear. The condo was very clean upon our arrival. Even nicer than the pictures! Nice beach access and several amenities! Excellent communication with property owner and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus points for an end unit too! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This place was wonderful! It was only 25 minutes from the airport and easy to find. The unit was clean and spacious. The owner was helpful with the accommodations that I needed for my handicapped mother. The beach was so easy to access. I would love to stay here again when I return to the area.

Amazing condo

Feeling like home away from home!

Fantastic getaway

Clean, updated and private. Building is older; however the unit is perfect. Quick elevators. I’d Say it was 3 minutes from the time we left the unit to having our chairs set up on the beach. Very calm to the right of the building. If you want music and crowds you had that to the left of the building. Best of both worlds. If you enjoy picking up seashells, this section of beach is perfect for you. Already looking into late season getaway. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Home away from home

Thank you for sharing your home with us. All the furnishings were lovely and the unique lamps in the sitting area and master bedroom were awesome :) The listing is exactly as pictures. The unit was clean. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We always enjoy SBC and will not hesitate to book unit 414 again.
