In the bedroom, guests can relax on a plush king sized bed framed by two end tables topped with soft glowing lamps that create a calming ambiance. Across from the bed sits a dresser that gives you plenty of space to unpack and settle in, while a private closet provides even more room for your belongings. A flat screen TV in the bedroom makes it easy to enjoy a cozy movie night before drifting off to sleep.



The bathroom is both elegant and practical, featuring a vanity sink with beautiful granite countertops and generous storage beneath. A shower and tub combination and a toilet complete the space. Fresh towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap are all provided for your convenience. To make packing stress free, we also include pillows, bedding, linens, and thoughtful starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more.



As you continue into the condo, the kitchen welcomes you with its sleek and modern design. Full sized stainless steel appliances include a stove and oven, mounted microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The granite countertops offer ample room for meal prep while the spacious cabinets allow you to store groceries with ease. We have stocked the kitchen with all the essentials, from cookware and utensils to plates, glassware, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Whether you choose to cook a full meal or explore the many nearby restaurants or delivery options, dining is simple and enjoyable. The dining table seats six comfortably, with two extra bar stools for additional seating.



The living room is easily the most relaxing part of the condo, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged for gatherings after a sun soaked day. A stylish sofa sits across from the entertainment stand with a mounted flat screen TV, creating the perfect spot to unwind. The dining area seats four and is backed by a stunning accent wall that cleverly conceals the murphy bed, adding both charm and functionality to the space.



Step outside onto the oceanfront balcony to start your mornings in the fresh sea breeze or wind down in the evening with the soothing sound of waves. The balcony offers truly breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Atlantic and serves as the perfect finishing touch to this inviting coastal escape.



Our guests have access to the pool deck complete with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and lap pool that are heated even in the winter. There is also an outdoor pool and lazy river that our guests have access to as well. Unfortunately, our guests do not to the fitness center that is privately owned and off limits! Our rates reflect the restrictions to that amenity, and we apologize for the inconvenience.



You’ll love that Roxanne Towers is right in the heart of Myrtle Beach, perfectly positioned for fun and relaxation. Just steps away from the lively Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade, you’ll find endless shops, oceanfront restaurants, and classic attractions like the SkyWheel and Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium. The iconic Pier 14 is just a short stroll down the beach, perfect for fishing or grabbing a drink with a view. When you’re ready for more adventure, Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom Amusement Park are only a few minutes away, offering dining, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. Our guests are only FEET away from the newly extended Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, The new Funplex, Tin Roof, and even Pier 14.



It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
