Great Beach Location

Perfect house for a family beach vacation. 5 adults & 4 children 13, 11 7, & 6. Minutes to the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. Grocery nearby. House & deck is furnished comfortably for a large group. Pool outside the door was convenient. Absolutely nothing negative about this rental I can say.

Great home close to the sand! Cute home decor, very nice and cool inside for resting after a day at the beach. We had a great stay.

Loving the Beach

Overall, this house was very clean upon arrival. We had several extra towels to use and the beds were very comfortable. The beach was a short walk away. We loved our stay here and hope to rent again someday! Thank you Dunes Realty!

Hurricane proof!

We really enjoyed our week here. Kitchen was nicely updated and well stocked, has everything we needed to cook for large groups. A short 1 block walk to the beach very convenient for going back and forth frequently with small kids. Our only issue was that the middle bedroom with queen bunk beds is very tight and the main support beam for top bunk was cracked so we did not feel comfortable having anyone sleep up there. We were not able to evacuate for hurricane Ian but the house was perfectly nestled between other houses and well protected from the storm, we felt very safe there. Definitely will come back next year!

Great for Families

Very clean and exactly as advertised. Right next to the pool so much that you can have the older kids swimming and watch from the porch. Golf cart gets you anywhere including the beach which is helpful with Golf Cart only parking. Overall great house and we will rent again.
