• One parking coupon per booking. The building has a covered parking and an attached oversized parking lot for bigger vehicles. SUV has to be parked in the building parking lot in the first three levels. Oversized parking lot has to be used only for larger than SUVs.

• There are two sparkling pools – one indoor for year-round relaxation and one outdoor for sun-soaked afternoons.
• The guests will receive complimentary beach gear including chairs, an umbrella, towels, and beach toys.
• The guests will have access to on-site laundry facilities on the 7th floor for added convenience.
