The check-in process was inconvenient (had to drive 30 miles out of the way) and welcome packet did not include any information about the unit- plus parking pass was not filled out which caused an issue with security upon entering the resort. There was confusion on where to park. The sofa bed needs replacing (old and not in good condition), basic necessities could be better supplied (toilet paper, paper towels,linens), and communication with owner/mgmt. team was difficult. We had issues with some of the outlets not working. That being said, however, we loved the resort with easy access to the beach and the pool. Loved the balcony and furniture. Could have been a much better experience with some improvements to the unit and check-in process.
