The best thing is they let me bring my cat who I won't travel without. The bed at the entrance was comfortable unlike most. That was a big plus for me. They were good at communication answering us fairly quick each time. We would definitely come again & really enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed another day or 2 but the room was booked & husband didn't want to move to the other room though it was offered (I would have). It was a clean room except for the floor needed mopped (think this is how most beach rooms are but shouldn't be). I didn't get to enjoy the ocean view (my husband did) because I'm highly allergic to chlorine & this is over the pool, so I couldn't go on the balcony unfortunately. My only real complaint is they need a grab bar at the shower. It's a tiny bathroom but certainly okay for vacation. just need that grab bar. Sure wish we were still there!

This place is on the 2nd floor, overlooking the lazy river directly and the ocean. The rental was stocked with bare minimum supplies.If you plan on cooking, bring every single thing you will need. Don't assume there will be glasses or paper towels. We ate at restaurants since it was a one night stay. There was shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, 2 rolls of toliet paper, and one towel per guest. There is not a bath mat. There is very little space in the bathroom, difficult to change clothes within. The bed closest to the balcony door was well worn in the middle, where you sink to the center. There are stains on the mattress protector. The lights near the bed have USB chargers but I couldnt get any of the ones near the air conditioner to work. The one on the other side of the bed does but there's no table there.The floor at the balcony was damaged, like a protector strip is missing. The drapes dont close completely leaving a 3-5 inch gap.The comforter gets hot at night with the air conditioner on a cycle, it was 90 and humid outside but overcast in August when we stayed. There is no where to store your clothes, so prepare to live out of your baggage. There is a decorative coat rack on the wall with hangers, we did use this for our dresses. We had two adults, two preteens and two small dogs, the space was cramped with no place to lounge. Functional, place to stay close to beach. Cannot use wrist bands for slide. Cleaning charge high
