I would absolutely not recommend. This business needs new management. My experience was something i wouldn't wish on my worse enemy. Upon arriving, there were several sketchy individuals loitering outside the office, smoking and I didnt realize until stepping into the office that one of those individuals was the attendant after he walked in after letting me stand there for 5 minutes while he finished his joint. The check-in was horrible. The room they gave me literally had a person walk out as I walked up. I didn't stop them to ask what their business because I automatically assume, it was housekeeping(of course in plain clothes just like the front desk clerk) just doing a last minute rush job to get the room ready. Boy was I wrong. Not only was the person not an employee, but they were definitely not doing legal activities in that room. Lets just say, the beds were unmade and there were dirty towels all over the floor and sink. I went back to the front to let them know that room was unsatisfactory. The second room was worse. It was the same as the first except none of the lights or outlets worked. I told them I would not be staying and that I would like a refund to stay elsewhere. The night attendant(Travis) told me to have Expedia contact him and he would work it out with them. Well after chatting with Expedia while standing in the lobby, they made several attempts to contact the hotel and they let the phone ring without answering. Expedia said they would update me in 24hrs
