was a girls weekend with my daughter and sister. the condo was as described in listing. there were a few issues that were quickly handled by David. He also assured that there was an update coming to spruce it up just a little more as. the view was great. my stay was good.

Long weekend

What stood out about the property was the owner. He made sure everything was not a hassle. Gave plenty of suggestions on food and places to take the kids.

Great property and owner

Great property exactly as described and shown in pics. Quick communication from owner. Really liked that there was an indoor pool option for cooler weather days. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook meals for the family. Would definitely stay here again!!

Myrtle beach

Our trip was a last minute trip. David was awesome and communicated very well. We definitely will be staying here again. The kids loved how close we were to the beach and that the site had a pool.

North myrtle beach condo

Condo was just as described on app ! Check in was simple ,and parkingvwas covenient . Owner contacted me next day after i made reservation and was very helpful ,polite, and just a really nice guy !! We will definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay-Great location!

My family & I had a great stay! From check-in to check out, things were very easy & David was a pleasure to book with. The condo is a great location to the beach and had a wonderful view from the patio. We will be back!

Family vacation !

I’ve been to Myrtle beach plenty of times and I have to say this was my best stay! It was so much to do in the building I did not need to leave ! I can not wait to book again! Thank you David !

Comfortable stay

The room had everything to accommodate our weeklong stay. Great views & got olenty of use out of the heated pool. David was a pleasure to work with. The property itself was undergoing renovations that we were not aware of upon arrival. The indoor pool & hot tub were not open (completely drained) & there was no vending on any floor except for the walkway to the pool. This was not an ussue for us as we made ice in the room but others may be looking for an ice machine that no longer exists. Good experience & we would definitely book with David again!

Great location. Overall really good.

Great location to the beach. Great communication with owner. Place was all we needed for my myself, my wife, and 2 kids. Kitchen was stocked enough to make dinner and lunch. Relatively clean and up to date. Only thing that I would say is that we could have used some extra dry goods, (TP, paper towels, hand soap). Also would be nice as a beach rental to have some or any beach supplies (beach chair, towels, cooler, or standard beach supplies). All in all a good place. Would rent again.

Myrtle Beach Condo

The Condo is is on the beach with lots of amenities. The indoor pool is either heated or heated by the sun. The Condo is on the same floor as the indoor pool, hot tub and sun deck. Condo was super clean and the beds were comfy. David the owner was very helpful and checked on us upon arrival and departure. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful time at David’s property. He was up front about everything and answered all my questions. Property had everything you could need for a short trip to the beach! Will consider this property again if we come back to the area!
