Great view. Only issue we had was the window coverings. The living room sliding glass door curtain was stuck. And the living room window(by the television) blind would not come down.

40th Anniversary celebration

Condo is beautiful, tastefully decorated and is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place gives one an immediate sense of peace when entering. The views are breathtaking and can be seen from all rooms. The wrap around balcony is nice and the outdoor furniture is much better than many places we've stayed. Location is fabulous. Beds are firmer than I like but I realize that is a matter of taste. Only "petty" criticism is the kitchen trash can needs a lid on it. Don't particularly care to see the trash in it every time we walk by. And some kitchen towels would be helpful. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat. Looking forward to our next trip to 301 Brighton. And Courtney made the whole adventure seamless. Stay here...you won't regret it.

Excellent stay!

We loved staying here! The acess to all water amenities is perfect for families- my daughter loved the waterlsides! The condo is clean, exactly as pictured, and the full ocean view made sunrise and sunset amazing. The grounds are gorgeous and my husband used the fitness center daily. Perfect trip!

Perfect Location

This property is located by a pier, ocean-front with expansive beachfront, within an all-inclusive resort. The corner unit allows views in all directions. Major theaters and shopping centers are within minutes. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. This is our favorite Myrtle Beach property and we have returned here repeatedly. Can't wait to return again!

Best Vacay Rental Ever!

This unit is as described. Super clean, decorated beautifully, comfy beds, fully stocked with pots, pans, glassware, dishes, silverware, etc. Gorgeous wrap around balcony with amazing views and beautiful sunrises. Ample seating on balcony as well. They had a few beach towels and a beach umbrella in the unit. The access to Currents Waterpark and all the Hilton amenities made our vacation both fun and relaxing. Located about 15 minutes from the Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach, 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing and Outlets. Easy in and out of the garage. The Property Management company was super helpful and responsive.

Great Stay

Place was as advertised, excellent location and wonderful spacious place. Communication with agency was a bit slow and door lock broke so had to pick up key at office and use the manual key during our stay.

Great location, clean and comfortable

One of the best locations and layouts for a family of four. Great views of the beach and the water park/brewery. My only regret is we had to spend so much time at a softball tournament that we didnt see enough of the pool or the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time my family has stayed at this unit, we really enjoyed staying there. Kingston Plantation is beautiful, and my kids also enjoyed the new water slides.

Highly Recommend

This property was just as advertised. The host was accommodating (extra parking pass, early check-in), the condo was spotless, comfortable, plenty of room for 4 adults & a pre-teen. Resort and accesses were phenomenal. We'll definitely return.

Absolutely loved this unit. This was our 3rd year at Brighton and we loved it the best. Love the location and the views. Condo provided us with necessary items for a week stay. Would rent this unit again!

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and had plenty of space. It is decorated in a cute beach theme. It was fresh, bright and welcoming. The balcony overlooks the beach and the Currents waterpark. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, cups, toaster oven, coffee maker. etc. Furniture seemed newer and was comfortable, beds we’re comfortable as well. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The guest bathroom could use some updating and needs a little work. Overall, we were very happy with this condo and would stay here again.

Fantastic Property and Amazing Views!

We loved the location of the rental as well as the actual condo itself! The beds were comfortable, the sunrise off the balcony and the beach and ocean views were breathtaking! The condo was well equipped with many at-home amenities like the Keurig coffee machine, plenty of cooking utensils, board games, etc. The jacuzzi in the master suite was a welcome addition at the end of the day! Only downsides were the spotty wifi (as someone else mentioned), & the stand up shower in the bedroom wasn’t very big (maybe remove the rack/shelf?). Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

Kingston Plantation is a great place to stay--great beachfront, pools, athletic facilities (tennis, pickle ball, fitness club) and friendly, accommodating staff. Condo was spacious, comfortable and has nice views. Loved watching the sun rise over the ocean.

Beautiful condo with great view

It was nicely furnished. We had everything we needed for our one week stay. Plenty of room and a beautiful view of the ocean. A short walk to the beach and shopping and restaurants nearby. We loved it.

Brighton Towers Experience

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was somewhat like a hotel with all the small amenities that were on site. Even the kitchen had all the items we needed for cooking and serving food. My husband is in a wheelchair, so the wide doors into the condo, bathrooms and bedrooms were greatly appreciated. The owner provided us with the an information packet that included restaurants and activities in the area which we found useful. The beachfront was beautiful and not packed with tourists. The pool was also nice. It was nice to have the boardwalk along the Kingston Planation properties. Even my husband was able to drive his wheelchair down it past many other condos and hotel properties and right along the beach.

To mention major construction project next door. Construction vehicles start at 7 am ending as late at 6 pm. If renting here until likely mid June check with Embassy Suites to see if project is complete. Plenty of rentals available in North Myrtle Beach

The views from the unit were amazing.

The property owner was great to work with. He answered any questions we had. It is a beautiful and very clean rental, nicely furnished. We would rent it again.
