The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Please only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



IMPORTANT NOTES:



-BEACH NOURISHMENT starting 3rd week of MAY - Safety barriers and signage will clearly mark closed areas.



- Notice – Spectrum Internet Installation (Sept–Oct 2025):

Building-wide internet upgrades will take place from September 8, 2025, for about 4–6 weeks. Expect daytime drilling (8 am–6 pm), construction noise, and workers will access the units to avoid delays.



- All units must be serviced to ensure the proper treatment.

Pest control takes place on the first Saturday of each month.



-Starting April 6, weather permitting, the south beach access walkover at Sands Beach Club will be temporarily closed for approximately 2–3 weeks as it undergoes full replacement to improve safety, accessibility, and overall guest experience; we appreciate your patience during this time.
