Welcome to our peaceful, gated community—perfect for relaxation and enjoying great amenities like the tennis court, pickleball court, pool, and fitness center.
To help maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood, please note that the community has a strict policy against parties and loitering, and violations may result in a $500 fine imposed by the property.

You'll appreciate a 5-minute drive to local beaches on Shore drive and Apache pier, longest pier on East Coast and Turtle Beach on Shore Dr. The condo is just a mile from the entrance of Arcadian Shores Golf Club and within two miles of several other course options.
