NEWLY ADDED and recently remodeled, this condo has fantastic furnishings, a private balcony, a living room, a main bedroom, and 2nd bedroom! 2nd FLOOR! Excellent kitchen area for socializing and enjoying family time. Located in the Arcadian Dunes area, this condo is a short drive to the beach! This condo has 1 King and 2 Queen Beds and can sleep up to 6. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Arcadian Dunes, this condo has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms. This condo offers two shared swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, picnic tables, multiple grilling areas, a Clubhouse, a game room, tennis courts, a kid's playground, gazebos, and more. Everything is within a few minutes drive! An on-site bar/restaurant, "Harry the Hats," for those days you don't want to venture far!

Conveniently located in the northern part of Myrtle Beach. This area is the quiet, family-oriented section of Myrtle Beach—a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

Note: Grilling is NOT permitted on the balcony. Motorcycles are not allowed on the resort property. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. These passes MUST be purchased directly at the Arcadian Dunes HOA office. Each pass is $20 per car and is good for the entirety of your stay.
