    The Space:

    Watch golfers pass by on the fairway from the furnished balcony of this comfortable, third-floor, Myrtle Beach condo. Inside, you'll find inviting, sunlit spaces and plenty of desirable amenities set beneath a soaring, vaulted ceiling. Step into the well-equipped, full kitchen, gather your ingredients, and prepare your favorite recipes to be enjoyed together at the dining table for six. This home also features an open living space with plush furniture and a wall-mounted, cable-equipped TV.





    Outdoors, you and your guests can cool off in the shared pool, book a tee time at the Myrtlewood Golf Club, or take a short drive to the ocean and beaches.

This condo was great for vacation. Lots of room gorgeous view off the balcony right across from the pool and only a mile and a half from the beach. Also plenty of restaurants all around. It was a very comfortable stay plenty of dishes and the beds were great. Will definitely rent this place again.

Pool and sweet neighbors

Nice but should get rid of carpet

It was a nice place to stay. The place is clean with the exception of the carpet. About 15 mins from the beach.

Fantastic property

Huge condo. Washer dryer. Place was cleaned impeccably on arrival. Pool was very close and the property was close to main attractions. Much nicer than other Vacasa property I initially was placed.

Clean, Well Appointed, Close to everything in Myrtle Beach

Beautiful property that is well maintained and clean. 3rd floor end unit with vaulted ceilings and elevator. Pool is steps from the building. Short drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything else you want to do on vacation. We have already booked to stay here again!

Great stay!!

Loved the location and setup of the property. Had a little problem getting in the condo with the keypad but figured it out. Also, the response time on the 24 hour service was very slow that is why I gave a 4 star on communication. Other than that. Great stay and location! Condo was very clean and spacious!! Checkout was so easy!!

Golf Trip

The location of this property is fabulous. The condo was very clean and presented as advertised. There were several cabinet knobs missing, shower doors did not function, closet door in front of dryer needs adjustment and we had issues with the spectrum TV programming. We contacted Folks, but it was never fixed during our stay which was very disappointing. Overall, this is a nice property but needs a little TLC is all.

It was ok, not the best

Multiple outlets didn’t work , the stove was broke and fell apart , was not able to cook anything the whole stay because of that . Maintenance had to come and still couldn’t fix it while we was there so they did provide me a $100 refund for the stove not working Properly. Front door didn’t lock sometimes . Agents were not on standby , if you contact them they don’t respond until the next day. All in all the property was very clean and big but inside the property needs electrical work.
