Fall Golf Tournament

Needs updating

Closets full and not useable. Was not told we needed toilet paper or paper towels. Fry pans need to be replace. Nothing in outside closet was of any use just look like a junk pile. Dining room shutter is broken.

Quiet Corner Unit!

We stayed for the month of February. It was absolutely peaceful and a beautiful view every morning off the balcony! The home was clean and well stocked! Brad was easy to reach and communicative! Never have I enjoyed a place so much! Just a short walk to the beach, minutes away from anywhere you need to be. Location is perfect!

Nice condo with all the amenities

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this condo. It has all the amenities mentioned in the description and the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. All the appliances were working and the utensils were available so it was very easy to whip up a quick breakfast. There are good places for breakfast nearby. The two full baths made it so much better for both our families. Will definitely rent this place again if we decide to visit Myrtle beach in future.

A quick walk to the beach

A quick walk to the beach. We were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen and make coffee. I guess the only complaint was how very loud the dryer was and how it took forever to dry clothes. We would definitely return. 😃

Beautiful place

Beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. 6 min walk to the beach. 4 min drive to all the stores you ever need and 10-15 mins to the boardwalk. Great neighbor hood

Great location close to the beach

We had a great stay at this condo which is just a minute walk to the beach and close to all Myrtle Beach amenities. Note that this is a third floor unit and there is no elevator access so it would not be ideal for all groups. The condo has been renovated however a few of the furniture pieces are a bit weathered and the flooring is uneven in some places. The owner was very responsive when we arrived and could not get in to the unit with the access code that had been provided. Overall, it’s a great value for the location which would be perfect for families in the summer as many beach toys and items are provided, even if you would have to carry everything up and down the stairs!

Disrespectful owner

The property owner was very disrespectful. I ask him to give me the pass code to the wifi . first of all he gave us 3 different pass codes, which none worked and then as me what did I want him to do of course I responded, what ever it takes . He in return said I could leave. Trying to say I didn't know what I was doing. To me that's not being a professional at all. I felt afraid for mine and friend safety after that because two people came, trying to get in the condo. The light in the kitchen didn't work, the rugs were all matted, the sheets were wrinkle from top to bottom, the floors feel like they are going to sink any minute and there was roaches crawling around
