Great location

The condo was in a great location for the people who do not like to deal with an overcrowded beach. There are restaurants within walking distance as well.

Beautiful view

The property was nice, the room was perfect for our needs. But the golden star of this property is the beautiful view. We watched the sunrise over the ocean every morning on our balcony.

Fall Break Family Trip

I loved everything about this unit. The view from the balcony was perfect. The rooms stayed cool and had no musty smell thanks to the fans, air purifiers, and dehumidifier the owners provided for us. No issues or complaints here, except 1 week was not long enough! We hope to come back again soon!

Short get away

The actual room was not as clean or comfortable as I anticipated. The door did not feel secure when closed. The "Bedroom" was dark, did not have a working TV, and was located by the unsecured door. It alsi smelled of strong smoke.

Perfect

The Condo was wnough room for my family's stay. Having options between chilling on the beach, hot tub, pool, or lazy river was the perfect concoction during Summer vacation!

Summer vacation

My family and I enjoyed our vacation here! The beach and view was great! Beach access was nice. Just some things to note; you get clean sheets and blankets but have to make the beds yourself. The facility this room is located at needs work… it was not clean, lots of trash everywhere. The elevators take forever especially being on the 12th floor and one broke down on our stay. Parking in the main building is pretty much not going to happen so you have to park across the street and walk over. Make sure you bring toiletries as they are not provided.

Nice place

Everything was perfect. Only negative thing I have to say is no toilet paper. We doordashed some, but I do feel a bathroom should come equipped with that. So be prepared for that. Otherwise everything was very nice and we had a great time. Beautiful view from the balcony

Overall Good

The room was clean, tidy, and perfect for us and our two little kiddos. We spent a majority of the time on our balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. The resort itself was clean. Maintenance was updating all the door handles on rooms, the indoor pool, and I’m assuming the on site restaurant as it was closed our entire stay. It was the off season so we can understand maintenance giving the resort some TLC. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! We loved visiting the local tourist spots. Overall, it won us over for location and we know that our little hiccups will not be a forever thing. We plan to come back again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great Vacation Spot & Resort

Everyone that worked at the resort was so friendly! Everyone we met and ran into was also friendly! I loved the location and the room, it was safe and easy to find. My family had a blast and we all want to go back. The only thing that disappointed me was having to pay a cleaning fee. It was not clean up to standards of a condo like it should have been, and I get told I should leave it clean. Why are we paying for a cleaning fee then? If it’s just for linens I can bring my own next time and save money. The vacuum was completely full of dirt and sand all the way back up into the hose. Humidifier was full, purifiers were flashing red needing new filters. Sand under glass coffee table top. Other than that we had a good time, loved the area, and the resort. Not sure I’ll get that unit again, although the floor plan of it fit my family perfectly.

Labor day week

We went down Sept 3rd-8th. I was very disappointed in the property once we were inside our condo. It was dirty & definitely could tell it had not been swept, or vacuumed. There was candy wrappers under the bed & by the nightstand. Hair was all over my son's bed. The kitchen table still had food crumbs on it and all around it. I had to vacuum & sweep plus lysol everything inside. I emailed the property 3 times while on my stay where I was told someone would contact me on Tuesday in regards to my issues which no one ever did! I did send a few pictures of the property through email to them as well. Me and my family travel 2-3 times a year where we went condos every time and I will say this is the most disappointed I've ever been staying anywhere. I will definitely not be returning here.
