No Smoking, No Parties, No Illegal Activity
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
- Parties and events are also strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fine.
- Additionally, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.

Minimum Age Requirement (Booking Guest):
The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Families and guests traveling with children are welcome.
- Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Accurate Guest Count: For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of $100 per guest per night will apply for any undisclosed guests.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).

Cleaning Policy and House rule:
• This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.
• All food must be removed from the refrigerator before checkout. Any food left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.


If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team
