The main floor has a covered porch, new sundeck, and spacious living room. There is also a covered porch off the Master suite on the top floor. The large master bathroom features double sinks, garden tub, and a walk-in shower. Covered parking underneath, and an outside enclosed shower. 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, this home has ocean views and very easy access to the beach and pool. Other amenities include: Fireplace, Wet Bar, Icemaker, Ceiling Fans, Cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo, Wireless Internet, and Gas Grill.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and guests may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
