Perfect condo for a summer trip. All the comforts of home with a full kitchen , laundry room and plenty of space for the whole family. located on ocean blvd 200 feet from the beach anda just a block from the family kingdom. Tons of restaurants and activities within walking distance. We are in a quiet building but still in the midst of everything. A very sought after area just 1 mile from sky wheel & pier

DO NOT STAY HERE! Cockroaches, filthy beds, filthy floors, filthy walls and ceilings. Poorly maintained, lights, outlets, etc not working. We had to wash all 8 beds upon our arrival, they were obviously made back up after the previous guests. Upon stripping the beds we were still disgusted by the condition of the pillows and mattress protectors themselves. Small roaches crawling all over walls, counters and inside of cabinets and on the dishes!!! Area is NOT family friendly. There is a parking lot just outside of the door that people hang out in all hours of the night. Loud music, yelling, drinking, doing drugs. We were told by security not to be out after dark that people sit over there and smoke crack all night. Issues with communicating with hosts. They had every excuse in the book and took no ownership of the issues at hand. Then turned straight rude and accused me of trying to milk them for a free stay. The only one milking anyone is these hosts. They are charging top dollar for a piece of crap. VRBO will be investigating this. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT STAY HERE. They also have another unit in the same building so watch out for that one too.

Chill Pill Review

A well stocked house although there were no wine glasses. We did find a soiled nappy in one drawer obviously left by a previous renter. We also felt the floor had not been cleaned very well as we had to wash the children's feet before they went to bed as they were black from walking barefoot in the apartment. These are only minor points as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to come back at a later date.

Myrtle Beach Villa II

This property was everything my whole family hoped for and imagined it would be. Plenty roomy for our 6 adult 5 children group. The owner accommodated us with the 3 parking passes we requested. The unit was clean and well maintained. We had a small plumbing issue which was quickly resolved after communication with the property manager. My adult children both called this Our Best Vacation Ever As A Family. Very high praise and my wife and I agree. That we would absolutely stay here again .
