Thomas, the owner, was fantastic. He communicated with us before, during, and after our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. This condo was by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in, and that alone deserves five stars. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets (which came in handy when it got chilly a couple of nights). The place had every amenity you could possibly need for a true “home away from home.”Having stayed in another condo on this same property back in July, the difference was literally night and day. Thomas and his wife clearly take pride in maintaining their property to the highest standard. We’ll absolutely be back! And Thomas, if you’re reading this, keep up the great work! Nicole

Wonderful location, beautiful views of the ocean & the condo is very tastefully decorated. We stayed here with our two teenage children & felt like the condo was perfect for 4 people. The beach (in late July) was not overcrowded at all. The area is very safe & we felt comfortable throughout our stay. It is conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping & other attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Best unit ever

I have stayed at Kingston Plantation 8 years running. I have stayed at the Embassy and South Hampton. Brighton Tower is my favorite, this was my 5th time staying in Brighton. That being said, this unit is great. It was updated and well stocked. I received great communication from the owner and check in / check out was effortless. The owner set easy expecationsi is to follow and we were free to enjoy our vacation. A huge plus to this unit is an available storage space stocked with beach supplies; umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a beach cart. If you are considering Kingston, I highly recommend this unit.

Perfect accommodation for family beach vacation

This was the perfect location for a family beach vacation. Great views and we could walk out onto the beach from the building with walking access to restaurants, bars, fishing pier and activities ; short drive to many attractions. Accommodations were clean, spacious, well equipped and the property owners were responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful getaway

The perfect oceanfront place

We loved this rental. The rental was clean and everything was perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. The beach was wonderful. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night and being able to hear the bands playing from Apache pier.

Relaxing getaway

Our stay here was fantastic. Everything with the unit was perfect and it was beautifully decorated. Communication with the owners was terrific! We will always remember this much needed time away and hopefully be back soon when the warm weather returns. Highly recommend!! ❤️ We will be back!!

Absolutely Perfect

Came down early for a softball tournament to have a little family vacation. The complex is nice but the condo was stunning. It was exactly as advertised. Very nicely decorated, perfect for the beach theme. The views from the balcony are incredible especially after dark enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Everything is newer and it all worked perfectly. The beds were all comfortable. I loved the location, close enough to downtown but also far enough away if you know what I mean. Great communication from the owners. The restaurant in the building wasn’t the best, but the bar was good and there are plenty options a short drive away. If we were to come back this is the first place I would book.

Amazing getaway

Property owner was great to deal with. Place was beautiful and clean and very nicely decorated. It was also nice having access to beach chairs, and a wagon. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

No words for this amazing condo...

We have stayed at Kingston Plantation many times and this condo is BY FAR the nicest and CLEANEST we've ever stayed in. In the past, when renting other condos, we've had to go buy cleaning supplies to re-clean showers before using them, however this property was immaculately clean and the decor is beautiful. After the first day, we were ready to already book this property again for next year. THANK YOU!!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo with magnificent views of the beach & ocean. Extremely clean and well equipped for anything you could possibly need. The decor and furniture will make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Close to many activities and great restaurants. The host was readily available if we had any questions. A 10/10 experience!

Relaxing and Comfortable

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was well maintained and clean. It had a great view and all the amenities that we needed. The homeowners were super nice and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely recommend. We had a great vacation.

Fantastic

Spacious, clean and comfortable. We never wanted to leave the condo, especially with that incredible view! Property owner, Thomas, was very helpful & and always responded so quickly, even if my questions were silly. The beach was amazing. The building is very clean, elevators were fast. A really wonderful experience & vacation!

Awesome Property

This condo was amazing. It was super clean, beautiful view, and extremely comfortable. It was so relaxing to be able to sit out on the balcony for breakfast and to relax before going to bed. Short distance to the beach and the pool/spa was also enjoyable. Building was very clean as well. Thomas as an amazing host. Answered every question quickly and even gave me a few great restaurant choices for dinner. My family really enjoyed our time here.
