Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was right on the beach and my kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. The condo was clean and we loved having laundry so we didn’t have to take dirty clothes home. The evolve team was very easy to work with and we were well prepared for our stay.

Our vacation

We had a wonderful time, room was clean and convenient to local area. It has to large balcony’s that are nice. My only complaint is there is not a lot of dishes, we had 9 of us and we had to get some plastic cups and bowls so everyone would have something to use. Also a couple of kitchen towels and potholders would be good. But we had a great time I would go back here again.

great vacation

My grandchildren first impression was priceless. Open the balcony door to see the sun shining and the beach. The room was plenty big enough for my tribe. The kids loved the pool area. Especially the lazy river.

Condo is in a nice location and the view is great from the balcony, but the unit is very old. There were several that were missing or not working. Overall okay to stay for couple of nights.

Dirty, Typical Myrtle

I should have known better than hoping we could find a stand out rental in downtown Myrtle, but it was no different. Room was filthy, repairs needed on toilet that kept running all night, food left in freezer from prior guest, patio had bird crap all over it, just generally an uncomfortable stay.

Poor cleaning job

The location was great and the description of the unit pretty accurate. The unit is older and in need of a renov which was ok...However, it was not clean. There were finger prints on the slider, heavy dust on the furniture/art, grease in the microwave, and crud/water around the kitchen faucet.

Spring break

My husband and I wanted to go to warmer weather during my spring break. We brought another couple with us, so we wanted 2 bedrooms that each had their own bathroom....not just 2 community bathrooms. This condo was perfect for us. The kitchen was adequately stocked to be able to stay in for several meals. (And I am kind of picky in this area.) The view overlooking the ocean was great, and we had some beautiful sunrises. The property manager was excellent! She responded promptly to my questions, and she went above and beyond to help with an issue that ended up resolving itself. The property was a little busier than we like on the weekends, but during the week it was very relaxing. We will be back.

DON’T stay here! 504 ocean 1405 a/b

Filthy, Grimey, plumbing issues, no security. Unsafe! VRBO needs to start walking properties before allowing postings on their site. Travelling ftom other places, we need someone we can trust. VRBO failed on that mark. Condo Smells of smoke Horrible mattresses- backs will be in pain Bad plumbing - shower and bathroom sink Kitchen not equipped - no regular glasses, not enough plates, bowls, silverware for 10 people, no sponges, one bad steak knife, no chopping knives, no cutting board, no bowls of any size No toilet paper No laundry supplies No extra paper towels No extra kitchen towel Dirty carpet No bathroom supplies No blow dryer in main unit No toiletries- only 2 tiny body soaps, no shampoo, conditioner or lotion No Kleenex Broken door security No security Not told children would have access to outside hallway, not truly a two bedroom condo Doors don’t shut unless pulled tight Mildew smell Keys left for us didn’t work Water pressure so high it hurts breasts
