We were given two different addresses before arrival, which made check‑in confusing. This reason for this trip was moving our daughter into CCU, and we had hoped to spend a couple of nice days together before move‑in. Instead, the condition of the unit completely undermined our stay. The bedroom and bathroom were fine, but the rest of the unit was in shockingly poor shape. The living room furniture was visibly dirty, with stains on the sofa, pillows, and lamp. The coffee table was chipped, and rust was present on the vents, the shower rod, and the balcony furniture.The sliding door handle was broken and lying on the floor when we arrived. Maintenance replaced it and removed one of the two balcony chairs because it was unsafe, leaving the balcony essentially unusable. Although the owner said housekeeping would clean the sofa, no one ever came.The location was great, but the unit itself was nowhere near clean, well‑maintained, or deserving of a top rating. For such an important trip, this was extremely disappointing.
