WONDERFUL VACATION

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach celebrating our 51st Wedding Anniversary. The Condo at the Atlantica was perfect and it was exactly as described on VRBO.

On the beach!

Property was as listed. Right on the beach, beautiful view. The building was a little dated but overall a great place to stay for the price!

Great room, great area

Right in the heart of it all. The few things we had to drive to were less than 10 minute drives, but we walked a lot. Room was great, as advertised.

Loved the view

The location and view of the ocean was amazing. I ate breakfast, drank coffee and people watched daily. The location of the condo was good and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Landshark restaurant was our favorite place. The only issue we had with the condo was the bathtub drained really slow and the Murphy bed didn't have any sheets/blankets on it, and there were no extra blankets for my oldest child. Besides that, it was good.

Filthy

Stunning view as stated . The place was filthy. Nothing but a broom to clean with. We had to buy a mop and cleaning supplies to clean the place. They said pack lightly 2 rolls of toilet paper and 7 towels doesn't do it for a 9 day stay. So again we had to do there laundry. But don't worry the next guest will have a clean place to stay . Dirty , dirty and more dirty.

Slide door was broken and my wife cut her hand trying to open. There was a ton of dirt on the floor when we arrived. My wife swept up a large pile of dirt and had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes. There were black curly hairs in bed and sheets had dirt in them. The fan in the bathroom was really loud and the toilet would splash water out of it when it flushed.

The condo was filthy. Drains in tub clogged with hair. Floors so dirty turned our feet black. There was a vacuum and broom in The closet covered in hair and disgusting lint. Sand all over made bed. Tv in bedroom didn’t work. Missing plugs in drains -maintenance came once and provided some👍 We requested early check in and they lied about availability We requested extra check out time to finish drying laundry and were refused They did provide photos of cleaned room time stamped pics that showed the room was indeed ready ( before noon) We asked for a bathroom deep clean and all floors cleaned -at our convenience so we could be there and got no response. 4 days into our 6 day stay I said forget it. They insisted the room was clean, I have photos that show otherwise. The floor was so black there’s no way they cleaned properly

Great location

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and found the rental as described. It is really close to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk (with lots of entertainment & food options). Having just come from a week in FL we did not visit the beach this trip, but the view from inside the unit was great... you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the balcony. We spent most of our full day at Broadway at the Beach which is a long walk/short drive away. Note: while the unit has a washing machine & dryer, we did not find laundry soap. However there is a grocery store within walking distance.

Short Getaway

Overall I would stay at this property again. The room was clean and as listed. It was very reasonably priced based on the time we stayed in mid to late July. Quick access to the beach which is what we wanted.
