What a view! This 1 bedroom condo located at the Palace Resort is a great beach getaway for 2-4 guests. This unit offers a spacious living area with breathtaking views of the ocean! Beautifully updated, this apartment offers new tile flooring, fresh paint, new window treatments, new molding, new furniture and decor, and so much more!

Our guests absolutely love the kitchen and the granite countertops. The kitchen offers all full-size appliances including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, and even small appliances like a toaster and coffee maker. All basic kitchen necessities, cooking utensils, glassware, and cutlery are provided.

This condo has a private bedroom, fully furnished with a queen bed. There is also a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Access the private balcony from both the living area and the bedroom! Coin-operated washer/dryer is located on every other floor at The Palace.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking in the attached garage and beach access.
