We welcome you and your guests to “A Lil’ Anchored”, our newly remodeled beach house filled with all the amenities of your home away from home! Located on a quiet street with easy access in and out of OL, along with easy access to amenities. “A Lil’ Anchored” is waiting for you to make lifelong memories for your getaway! Begin your mornings on the porch under the gazebo with coffee and end your nights relaxing with the salty beach breeze. Open living and kitchen area make conversation easy while prepping meals. Enjoying all the amenities Ocean Lakes provides is a breeze with a quick trip on the complimentary golf cart. This home provides everything you need to enjoy your time in the 2nd fastest growing city in South Carolina. Come for a visit and see for yourself!

Saturday to Saturday rentals during Peak Season
Come and enjoy this adorable, comfy beach home where all the excitement and amenities await you. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it also features eight freshwater lakes that are great for fishing. Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24 hour gated security, security patrolled community, large swimming pool, water park including a lazy river, children’s splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, horseshoes, corn hole, scheduled activities, 3 playgrounds, nature center, dog park, Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat, Soapy Suds laundromat, Sandy Mart and much more.

The Owner of this property is not sponsored or affiliated with Ocean Lakes Family Campground L.P, Ocean Lakes Properties, the operator of Ocean Lakes Campground, the Jackson Companies, or any of their subsidiaries. We are privately owned.

Renter must contact Owners after booking.
Renter must sign Rental and Golf Cart agreement
Saturday to Saturday rentals during Peak Season

PARKING PASS: REQUIRED in addition to rental fee and paid to Ocean Lakes. Visitor fees are $15.00 per night for each vehicle. If using Express Check-In 10 days prior to arrival date, a discount of $3 is applied, making the price $12.00 per night for each vehicle. The owner can provide the form via email for Express Check-In if the Renter desires

Would have stayed here again. Amanda was wonderful. The ONLY issue is the long list of cleaning and removing sheets, towels, sweeping, mopping the floors. None of the long list is noted in the list. We were also charged a 300 cleaning fee. This was not very appealing.

50th birthday at the beach

House was very clean . Had a few things that needed attention however the owners where very punctual and on top of making things right. They went above and beyond to make our stay remorable. The covered porch was nice but a fan would have made it better.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at A Lil' Anchored vacation property. This little retreat is a true gem, offering both comfort and tranquility. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the surroundings and the warm hospitality of the owner, Amanda. The property is immaculately maintained and tastefully decorated, it exudes a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Every room is thoughtfully furnished, blending modern amenities with charming touches. The living area is inviting, perfect for relaxing with family or friends after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The nice covered deck makes it the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun, reading, and simply enjoying the natural atmosphere that enveloped us. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the owner, Amanda. From our first interaction, it was evident that she is genuinely passionate about ensuring her guests have a memorable stay. He attention to detail and commitment to excellence are unparalleled. Amanda went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Amanda's responsiveness and genuine care for her guests' comfort were evident throughout or stay. She was always available to answer questions and provide assistance, yet respected our privacy and allowed us to enjoy her property at our own pace. Highly recommend!

2024 Beach Trip

The property has a cute little beach cottage feel! The kitchen was pretty much stocked with all we needed to cook and grill. Although it was a bit smaller than we are used to it was gorgeous and we had everything we needed to make our beach trip a success. Amanda was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend the property and her to anyone!

Cute and cozy home with enough space for a family of 4 (two young boys). Great communication from Amanda/owner leading up to the trip and during. We had clear instructions on the property access and amenities/policies so there were no surprises! Loved the included golf cart, covered outdoor living space and kitchen that you could actually cook in! Thanks for having us!

Our stay at A Lil' Anchored

From the moment we walked in the door, we were so happy! The place is beautifully decorated, and so clean!! The house had everything we needed. What a pleasure to NOT have to bring out own linen! Amanda (owner) was fabulous to work with! I had no problem reaching her, and when I needed her to call the office for my granddaughter to get a pass, she didn't hesitate! There is nothing bad I can say about this property, except, realize the bedrooms are small, But who spends a lot of time in ther bedrooms! We really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend!

Great Place!

Great place - located towards the back half of the campground which offered much more peace and quiet than other areas but still felt fun and lively. Amazing patio with string lights at night. Place was very clean and had all the basic amenities one would need. Well air conditioned too. Bedrooms / bathrooms were a little tight but that is to be expected with any home at the campground. Made for a great stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Quiet Girls Getaway

Super cute and clean home with everything you need including a golf cart. We had great communications with the owners who were also very accommodating. Super friendly neighbors all around the unit. We will definitely be back soon!
