As you enter, you`ll be greeted by a spacious and airy open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef`s dream, featuring modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. Gather around the dining table for family meals or relax in the cozy living room, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

The highlight of this home is the two master suites, each with its own private bathroom, providing ultimate privacy and luxury for guests. Bedroom 2 features two double beds, ideal for accommodating additional guests or children, while bedroom 3 also offers two double beds for a comfortable night`s sleep.

Outside, you`ll find an oasis with a refreshing pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days or lounging in the sun with a good book. The spacious outdoor area is great for outdoor dining, BBQs, or simply relaxing and enjoying the coastal breeze.

For added convenience, the home includes a large laundry room and comes fully equipped with beach essentials such as towels, a wagon, chairs, and boogie boards, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun-filled beach vacation.

With its prime location just steps from the ocean and a wealth of amenities, this beach home is the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to experience the best of Myrtle Beach in style and comfort.

Guests will have full access to all spaces within the rental property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, outdoor amenities, and any shared/common areas. Enjoy the complete comfort and convenience of a home away from home during your stay.

This home is set in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 2 minute walk to the beach! There are a plethora of eateries within walking distance.

Easy to get around by car or rent a golf cart to be delivered during your stay!

Additional Services & Policies

We want to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! The following services are available for an additional fee:

Early Check-In: If available, early check-in can be arranged for a $45 fee. Please contact the host to check availability.

Pet Policy: A $100 additional fee applies for a second pet.

Trash & Recycling Pickup: Trash pickup is on Tuesdays. No need to worry about taking the bins to the curb—we have someone who will handle that for you and return the cans after collection. We just ask that you place any bagged trash in the designated outdoor bins before pickup day.

Extended Stay Cleaning Fee: For stays longer than 28 days, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply. This ensures the home remains fresh and well-maintained for your extended stay.

Bicycle Rentals: Bicycles can be rented and delivered to the property. Contact the host for pricing and arrangements.

Beach Equipment: There are four beach chairs, a wagon and 10 beach/pool towels available.

Baby Equipment: Need a crib, stroller, or high chair? Baby equipment can be delivered upon request with an additional cost. Let us know in advance to arrange delivery.

📌 Pre-Arrival Requirements (Must Be Completed Before Check-In Instructions Are Sent)

To finalize your reservation and receive your check-in instructions, the following must be completed:

Photo ID Submission
A valid government-issued ID is required from the primary guest.

Rental Agreement Signature
A short rental agreement must be signed electronically prior to check-in.

Security Deposit or Damage Coverage Selection
You may choose one of the following options:

A fully refundable security deposit (authorization only, no funds withdrawn) which is released within 7 days after checkout, provided there are no damages.
– OR –

A damage protection policy that covers accidental damage during your stay.

Check-in details will only be released once all steps are completed. These measures help us provide a safe and secure experience for all guests.

Pet Policy:
A $35 pet fee per night will be charged for each pet.
There is a maximum monthly fee of $250 per pet.
All pet fees must be paid in full prior to arrival.
