The people were extremely kind and friendly. That was what made me book again. Prit Joshi greeted a stressed and exhausted traveler with a warm smile that just took so much stress off of me. From there the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. The parking is not the best but, I travel light and the walk is not a bother. I can see how it may be hard for others.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was freezing cold and I could not get the thermostat to change. Called the front desk for help and he suggested I just leave my door to the hall open. No other option. The temperature was painfully cold.

The property was very well taken care of very good for child safety. The only thing that was a hassle was parking but that was totally understandable. The food wait and customer service needs a tad bit of improvement but overall a family friendly stay.
